How do I change my account’s default billing and shipping addresses?

Please click My Account and Click on “Addresses” and you will be able to change your shipping and billing address.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from  Srilanka.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

It will usually take 2-5 business days for all orders to arrive.

Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

How can I pay?

We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and also Genie.

What is the Delivery Terms?

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Deliveries will be processed between Monday – Saturday (9AM – 6PM), excluding any mercantile & public holidays. Orders received on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unavoidable circumstances.

Standard delivery is both reliable and cost effective.
